My passion for Scale-ups can be traced back as far back as my first HR role working for a London based energy company. With now, more than 20 years experience in International HR, I've since spent most of my career working in the FinTech, IT, and Banking industries and has a philosophy aimed at challenging the status quo.

My goal has always been to build diverse environments where people-first cultures can thrive and flourish. Through my love for mentoring and creative leadership style, I've transformed small teams into world-class, high performing Talent Acquisition and People Operations teams.

Co-creator of two unique mini-humans and also Co-creator and Co-Founder of Mentorjam, which a Saas Solution bringing Mentoring to life in communities, companies and ecosystems. I am a huge advocate for women in business, a total geek, techie at heart and keeping fit is a big part of my self-care strategy.
